Alternative Power Sales & Rental of Wilmington, North Carolina’s Generac Experts is offering a Generac 22kW Automatic Home Standby Generator and a 200amp Automatic Transfer Switch capable of powering most residential homes 3000sq feet or less.  This unit is configurable to run on your existing Natural Gas or LP Gas supply.  This package includes the 22kW generator, one 200amp transfer switch, and a basic installation package.  Permits and inspections are included.  Generator installation includes an electrical installation of the generator and transfer switch within 10 feet of the homes electrical service and a gas connection withing 10 feet of your existing Natural Gas or LP gas service.  For those with an LP gas service we recommend a minimum 250 gallon LP tank.  Upgrades to a larger tank or adding additional tanks are not included.  The installation and location of the generator on your property must meet all local and state, building, zoning, electrical, and mechanical codes. Elevated platforms, trenching, or modifications to any existing structure or landscaping to accommodate the generator or transfer switch installation is not included. Upgrades or changes to your existing electrical system, and/or natural gas/LP gas systems to bring them up to code (if necessary) is not included.  Larger generator systems or additional components can be substituted for fair market value cost difference (ie - larger generators, additional transfer switches, smart management modules, etc.). Installation is limited to customers located in Central or Eastern NC only.
